Classes begin at 10:30 and run for 40 minutes at a time with a five minute break in between. Lunch will be on campus from 12 to 12:40pm
Operation: All classes will be led by a Gathering Day Leader and an Assistant. We are operating in a one room school house approach to education, which enables us to study subjects across many grade levels in our homeschool providing more time for families to remain in togetherness at home.
Bible, and History home curriculum is used for all ages of students, K - 12. (One curriculum for all children in the family.) Please speak to a steering committee leader about information of the curriculum of choice for the current year.
Science will be hands on projects and/or experiments weekly on Gathering Days, topics set by the steering committee. Weekly, families can use any curriculum they feel fits their homeschool for their home days.
Literature will be grouped by reading ability, books TBA by Gathering Day Leaders.
G.A.T.H.E.R. groups will be created by age ranges. For example: 5-6/7, 7-10, 11-15
